Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
For most of our players gambling is entertainment, fun and excitement. We also know that some people face negative effects, and gambling addiction is recognised as a disease. Our aim is to lower that risk and help limit the consequences if it appears.
Simple habits that help
- Set a deposit limit that fits your finances and play only with money meant for fun.
- Do not try to win back losses at any cost. Play for entertainment, not to earn money.
- Set a time limit, keep to it and keep gambling in balance with your other hobbies.
- Avoid playing when you are very stressed, low or under pressure, and never under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Take a break when you feel tired or cannot concentrate.
- Keep to one account, which makes it easier to see how much time and money you spend.
Deposit limits
Ask our support team and we set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account.
Self-exclusion
If you want to stay away from gambling, message our support team and choose a period between 6 months and 5 years. The team explains the next steps. Self-exclusion cannot be undone before the period ends, and opening a new account during it breaks our terms.
Protecting minors
You must be 18 or older to play with us. Keep your login details away from children, and consider a filter program that blocks harmful content on shared devices.
Where to find help
Our support team helps by email at any time, at no cost, and never shares your details without your consent. More information about gambling addiction is available from the National Council on Problem Gambling and Gamblers Anonymous.
